Buyback and burn
Every 5 minutes, the buyback wallet spends its balance minus a small reserve (it must stay an initialized system account to receive fees) on $PLAYCD, on the bonding curve or on the canonical PumpSwap pool after graduation, with 3% max slippage, and burns exactly what it bought in the same transaction.
Every window gets a row, including "0 SOL, rolled over". The burned total on the site is read from chain (1,000,000,000 minus the current supply), not from our log. Burn log.
