Tag flow
Reply @playcard under any post on X, with an optional twist (for example @playcard make it a boss fight).
- The worker polls its mentions every 20 seconds. One reply per mention, ever.
- It reads the post you replied under as a theme only: at most 140 sanitized characters and a hash are kept. The post's author is never tagged.
- A filter skips hate, adult content, tragedy, self-harm, posts about a real person, and political, national, ethnic or religious subjects. Skips are silent on X.
- A genre is picked and the game is written into a fixed 480x480 harness, then playtested in a real browser (see the playtest).
- @playcard replies once to your mention with a
playcard.lol/g/<id>link. Only you are addressed; the original author is excluded from the reply.
When the queue is longer than 10 minutes, you get one "queued" reply with the time your game lands, then the final reply. Nothing is dropped silently. If the X account is restricted or replies are paused, the status line says so and points to the Make page.
Today the X reply bot runs on a mock timeline (status: demo). The Make page and the X reply link work for anyone right now.
